Janine Campo is an expert and licensed Strata Manager with over 20 years experience. After many years as a co-director for Medium Density Management P/L, Janine has decided to create her own venture specialising in providing her services to the residents and investors of the Hills District. Together with an experienced and professional team Janine is confident that Hills Strata can provide a tailor made service to suit whichever style of management you require. Hills Strata also provides an in house legal team who are able to consult on all aspects of Strata law.

A highly experienced strata and community title manager with over 20 years experience, Janine has established long standing business relationships with many of her portfolio clients by the delivery of exceptional service and standards of management. Janine’s experience throughout the industry began in 1987 and her commitment to professional development has seen an immense knowledgebase created in the resolution of building warranty disputes.

Mario Campo Director

A qualified and practicing solicitor in NSW since 1980, Mario acts as legal consultant to Hills Strata and portfolio clients if required. Mario adds the necessary legal know-how in the unique and sometimes complex area of NSW strata, community, and property law.

Lucy Thompson Strata Manager

Lucy started out in the Strata Industry in 2011 as our Receptionist, by the end of 2013 Lucy had successfully completed her studies to become a licenced Strata Manager. Lucy is focused on providing quality and professional services to all of our clients and is always looking for opportunities to further her knowledge of the industry for success in every aspect of her career.

Rebecca Albanis Senior Accounts Clerk/Strata Assistant

Rebecca has worked in the Strata Industry since 2008 she is responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of the accounts for our Strata and Community Plans. Rebecca holds a Certificate of Registration in Strata Management and has completed comprehensive training with Rockend cementing her knowledge of our IT systems. Rebecca has professional approach to the collection of outstanding levies and welcomes open communication with Owners who require an extension of time to pay. Our Executive Committee Members are welcome to work in conjunction with Rebecca in relation to setting realistic budgets and the authorisation of payments to trades.
